All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products/services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any completed purchases unless an error or issue occurred directly on our end.
Exceptions
Refunds, replacements, or corrective actions may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item or service
- Your order was not delivered due to an error caused by us
- The product arrived defective or damaged due to our handling
- A duplicate charge or billing error occurred on our end

- Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
- Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in refusal of future service. We encourage customers to reach out so we can address legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
