Thank you for supporting Seremony. Every item we produce is made-to-order as part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing unnecessary waste. By manufacturing products only after an order is placed, we help minimize overproduction and promote more environmentally responsible business practices.
Production & Processing Times
Because all products are made-to-order, please allow time for production before shipment.
- Standard production and delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.
- During periods of high demand, manufacturing delays, holidays, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, or other circumstances outside of our control, delivery may take up to 6–8 weeks.
While we always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Order Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Seremony, you acknowledge and agree to the made-to-order nature of our products and understand the associated production and shipping timelines outlined in this policy.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Manufacturing or supplier delays
- National holidays or factory closures
- Shipping carrier disruptions
- Customs processing (if applicable)
- Severe weather or unforeseen events beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
